There is a way to play it on mac without partitioning your HD. Download and install Parallels 8 (you can find a torrent if you don't want to buy it). I assume you have a windows disc or iso, if not buy one (or again torrent it) and setup windows with parallels. Now you're inside the virtual machine. Download maplestory. Here is an in-depth guide of how to play Maplestory on a mac using Virtualbox in 2017. Maplestory is not compatible on OS x, but this is a trick to get around that. ??? Step-By-Step Text.

- As a fellow Mac user, I can't support this. I don't think it's fair that developers are expected to make compatible versions of their game(s) for multiple operating systems, especially MacBooks because they aren't designed to run video games. Although the practice is becoming more common, it simply isn't cost effective for Nexon NA because Mac users are a minority. Only thing you can bet on is if Nexon Korea takes it upon themselves since they have a larger player base.

Nexon Korea won't bother, because PC Cafe's in Korea don't have Macs. - As a fellow Mac user, I can't support this.
